We believe in straightforward plans with no surprises. Here’s exactly what your maintenance plan covers so there’s no confusion when service day arrives.
- Plan covers one residential property unless approved otherwise
- 10% discount applies to labor only
- Free service call covers diagnostic only (repairs/materials not included)
- Emergency service is prioritized, not guaranteed
- Services are performed during normal business hours
Generator Plan Details
If you’ve added Generator coverage, your annual maintenance visit covers standard maintenance only — fluid checks, filter replacements, and a general system inspection. Major repairs, warranty work, and non-standard parts are not included. Any additional work will be quoted separately before any service is performed.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at any time — no contracts, no hassle.

- Service remains active through the current billing cycle
- No partial month refunds
Important: If cancelled within the first 12 months, the Client agrees to pay the full retail value of the initial electrical safety inspection, if not already covered by payments made.
