What Happens After You Submit

We respond to every quote request within one business day, usually the same day if submitted before 4 PM. For generator installations, one of our licensed electricians will call to discuss your project, answer questions about sizing, fuel source, and permit requirements, and schedule a site visit if needed before we quote. For panel upgrades and service calls, we can often quote over the phone with a few details.

If you have an urgent situation, a generator that won't start before a storm, a tripped main breaker, or an electrical issue that's affecting your business, call us directly. We triage urgent calls and dispatch accordingly. The form is for project quotes; the phone is for everything time-sensitive.
